4 Little Words Project: Piece 2

So I began piece number 2 in the 4 Little Words project that I am working on with a few friends of mine.
The inspiration for this piece came from the idea of incorporating more ideas for play in my life (the text is Eat, Sleep, Play, Repeat).  By play I do mean reading, art, and photography.  The imagery, words, and process behind this piece is about experimentation.  And well this week, I surely experimented.  I blended my recent lesson on Wood Icing with Helvetica Type Stencils I used for the text in this piece. I am taking it one letter at a time.  I am excited to build some collage elements on top of the texture of the Wood Icing.
