Cranberry Green Tea Mocktail
4 cups water
6 family size green iced tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece of fresh ginger
1.5 cups of brown sugar
2.5 cups of apple cider
2.5 cups of cranberry juice
1 orange sliced
1. In a sauce pan, heat water to boiling over medium-high heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Add tea bags, cinnamon stick, ginger, and brown sugar; steam for 10-12 minutes or until tea is very strong. Discard tea gas.
2. Stir in apple cider and cranberry juice. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and ginger. Serve tea warm in mugs garnished with orange slices. Makes about 8 cups. Tea can be made 1 day in advance just before serving.
