It's almost that time of year again--where I make heaps and heaps of iced coffee as my morning before work beverage. Since Luke works at a coffeeshop, I have learned there is a right and wrong way to make iced coffee. I am going tell you the *best* way to make it.
1. The night before brew a full pot of coffee
2. Pour into a container that holds cold liquids (a water pitcher for example) and put it in the fridge overnight.
3. Pour into a glass and add LOTS of ice!
